We have learned from the survey results that the average score has been below our expected standards of 4.

We will investigate the survey right away.

Therefore one of our location managers, hosting or operational managers will try to contact you and go through the survey with you so we can pinpoint any negative issues you have experienced during your stay or give you the opportunity to share some tips on improvements that we can make.
