Solid Surf House offers selected investors the opportunity to participate in a joint venture through an investment pool structure. If you’re unable to purchase a full villa individually, you may co-invest with other approved investors to collectively own a villa or asset under a shared ownership model.

 – Minimum entry from €32,500 per investor (6 per Villa)

– Legal and financial structure provided

– ROI and usage rights proportional to share

– Managed transparently by Solid Surf House or third-party trustee

– Priority access to future individual buyout opportunities
